ARNOLD N. MONTAQUILA, Esq. (1943-2021) (selected quotes)

Arnold has been engaged in the general practice of law since 1968, and has substantial bench and jury trial experience. He has tried cases in both the Rhode Island District and Superior Courts, has appeared before the Rhode Island Supreme Court; the United States District Court for the districts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania; the United States Bankruptcy Court for the district of Rhode Island; and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.


Arnold has appeared before countless state and municipal administrative agencies and boards.
