Organization
LawyersCollaborative (“Collaborative”) is a private law firm with a public service mission, organized as a Rhode Island professional corporation, licensed by the Rhode Island Supreme Court to engage in the general practice of law. The Collaborative is staffed by seasoned lawyers with years of general practice and trial experience, who regularly collaborate with carefully screened independent lawyers engaged in specialized fields of practice. Indeed, a minimum of 20 years' experience, including substantive trial experience, is required to be considered for a Staff General Counsel position.
* The Rhode Island Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law. The court does not license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any particular field of practice.
